People here in Canada are pretty polite in the cinemas – we get kids (21 and under) who text now and then but the staff usually speaks to them.
As for the guy jerking off, I’d suggest standing up, pointing and yelling “Oh my god, look. It’s a human penis – only SMALLER”

I’ve been listening to your podcast for a little over a year, and it’s great. I just heard on the most recent podcast that Seumas’s travels will take him to Amman, yes? This might be too forward, but if you’re going to be here for more than just a few hours in the airport, I would love to show you around!
